Send to File
PubMed can
save citations to a file on your computer. You can send individual,
selected, or all citations to a file.
Demonstration
Click the Steps to run the demonstration.
To
save selected citations:
- Step
1: Place a checkmark in the box
against the selected citations. Use the
Display pull-down menu to select a format.
- Step
2: Select File from the Send to menu. A Save As window
opens.
- Step
3: Change the name of the file to something more meaningful
on the Save As window of your browser. Use the default file extension
of .txt or another desired file extension. Click Save.
