Adding Filters

Use Browse/Search for PubMed Filters to add Filters:

Demonstration
Click the steps to run the demonstration.

Step 1: Use the Manage Filters link to access the My NCBI Filters menu. (If you are not already signed into My NCBI, you will be prompted to do so.)

The Popular Category will appear as the default on the right side of the screen.

Step 2: For this demo, let’s choose the Items with Abstracts and Published in the Last 5 Years filters. Active filters will appear on the left side of the screen.

Step 3: Let’s run our search again (child behavior disorders) by clicking on My NCBI in the upper left corner of the screen and clicking on the child behavior disorder link in the Recent Activity portlet.

Notice the two additional filters displayed on the Results page.
