Adding LinkOut Filters

Filters in this category group results by full text providers, libraries, and other outside resources.

Adding your library’s holdings as a filter:

Demonstration
Click the steps to run the demonstration.

Step 1: Use the Manage Filters link to reach the Filters Selection page. (If you are not already signed into My NCBI, you will be prompted to do so.)

Step 2: Select LinkOut.

Step 3: For this demo, we'll search for Hopkins.

Step 4: Click in the checkboxes to add a result filter and/or display the library’s icon on the Abstract display.

Step 5: Let's run our search again (child behavior disorders) by following the link in our Recent Activity. Notice this additional filter on the Results page.

Step 6: See the Abstract display for any citation within the library filter to see the library icon.
