Using the Filters

Demonstration
Click the steps to run the demonstration.

Step 1:Click on a filter name to go to the citations for a particular filter. Select any display format you wish.

Step 2: Notice that when you choose to see the results for a filter, a plus sign appears to the right of the filter name.

Step 3: Clicking on the plus sign adds that filter to the search query. Filters added this way will display in the query box with the [Filter] tag. If you want to save this search, click on the Save Search link.

Note: Many filter topics can also be added to searches via the Filters sidebar. Either way will yield the same results.
