The Related
Articles citations display is in rank order from most to least
relevant. The citation you linked from is displayed first.
You can refine
the Related Articles retrieval set by selecting History from the
Features Bar, then using the search statement number in combination
with another concept.

To
refine the Related Articles retrieval set:
- Step 1: Click
on History to find the search # for the results of the Related
Articles link. Notice that this query is shown as "Related Articles for PubMed (Select [PubMed Unique Identifier Number])."
- Step 2: Type
the search # in the query box or click on the search number to add the search to the search box.
- Step 3: Click on Limits.
- Step 4: Select
English from the Languages menu and click Go.
Note: Refining
your Related Articles retrieval set will remove the ranking by
relevancy.
