MEDLINE® Minimal Data Element Set
Printer-friendly VersionThe following elements are the minimum set required for MEDLINE by NLM under the Quality Assurance provisions of the License Agreement to Lease Databases in Machine- Readable Form. These requirements pertain to any version of MEDLINE made available by the Licensee. All elements with an "X" in the Search Status column must be directly searchable on Licensee's system.
