APPENDIX B:  PREREQUISITE ARRANGEMENT WITH PRODUCER OF DATA

TOXLINE® Subset   
The American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), the producer of International Pharmaceutical Abstracts (IPA), requires its own arrangement with prospective NLM licensees before NLM may distribute the archival IPA data that resides in TOXLINE Subset. NLM will release the archival IPA subfile to those who lease TOXLINE Subset only after Licensee has made arrangements with ASHP.
