Survey methods 2

Intercept/Survey Process:

1) MedlinePlus and MedlinePlus en español visitors were randomly intercepted on the site and asked to take part in the survey. The invitation was presented in both English and Spanish, with the option to take the survey in either language.

2) Visitors who agreed to take part in the survey were temporarily redirected to a secure Fulcrum Analytics server to take the survey in a separate browser window.
