When a group of terms share a basic concept, they may be arranged alphabetically under that concept and thus direct natural-language sequence is not always used. For example, tuberculosis in its various forms and relationships is expressed by a series of headings starting with TUBERCULOSIS (TUBERCULOSIS, AVIAN; TUBERCULOSIS, BOVINE).
