Q13. Is quality of care in ESRD as important today as it was in the early 1970s? How about quality of life? Is quality of life more or less often studied today?

Suggested Solution

It is definitely worth looking at the older articles for their research methodology and insights into the many questions raised by this case.

Search by defined time periods and evaluate the number of articles dealing with both issues. This will tell you when these issues were studied. Ultimately, quality of care and ESRD issues will be studied as long as there are people receiving this kind of care.

Be sure to examine other organizations not listed for possible quality of life/care issues.
