The NCHS collects, analyzes and reports statistical series on health conditions, health care, vital statistics and prevention.

The National Health Interview Survey [NHIS]

The National Health Care Surveys [NHCS]
The National Immunization Survey
The National Survey of Family Growth
The National Vital Statistics System
The center also conducts a series of special surveys
