These pages contain the final reports and background materials for the four planning panels that met between October 2005 and March 2006.

The NLM Board of Regents approved Charting the Course for the 21st Century: NLM's Long Range Plan 2006-2016 on September 19, 2006. The document will be formally published in both print and web (HTML) layouts.
