Sample Load Scripts and Data Model

Sample load scripts for the UMLS Metathesaurus are available online at http://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/umls/implementation_resources/scripts/index.html. Scripts are available for MySQL® and Oracle® databases. These files are examples only and will need to be customized to fit the user’s subset, database name, and database location.

Alternatively, custom database load scripts can be created during the subset customization process by selecting the appropriate checkbox on the Output Options tab of MetamorphoSys.
