a)  Unlike other non-English sources, TKMT is not a translation source.  There is no English-language version of TKMT.

b)  The original TKMT files do not explicitly represent a hierarchy.  However a hierarchy was constructed during Metathesaurus source processing, using strings containing the pattern "* acupuncture points" as parent nodes.

The parent nodes are:

Lung acupuncture points
Large intestine acupuncture points
Stomach acupuncture points
Spleen acupuncture points
Heart acupuncture points
Small intestine acupuncture points
Bladder acupuncture points
Kidney acupuncture points
Pericardium acupuncture points

c)  Herbal medicine concepts are not included in the hierarchy
