Toxicology, Poisoning, and Teratogenicity
The American Association of Poison Control Centers (AAPCC) is a non-profit, national organization founded in 1958 to represents the poison control centers of the United States and the interests of poison prevention and treatment of poisoning.
MedWatch, a component of the United States Food and Drug Administration, is the program for reporting serious reactions and problems with medical products such as drugs and medical devices.
Society of Toxicology is a non-profit, professional organization of scientists from academic institutions, government, and industry representing the great variety of scientists who practice toxicology in the United States and abroad.
The Developmental and Reproductive Toxicology/Environmental Teratology Information Center Database (DART/ETIC) is a bibliographic database on the Toxicology Data Network (TOXNET), of the National Library of Medicine's Specialized Information Services, National Institutes of Health, United States Department of Health and Human Services. DART/ETIC covers teratology and other aspects of developmental and reproductive toxicology.
Household Products Database, from the National Library of Medicine, includes an alphabetical list of manufacturers whose products appear in the database. Provides Material Safety Data Sheets for all products added to the Web site since 2007.
The Toxicology Data Network (TOXNET), part of the National Library of Medicine's (NLM) Specialized Information Services, is a cluster of databases covering toxicology, hazardous chemicals, environmental health, and related areas. TOXNET provides free access to, and easy searching of several databases, including: Hazardous Substances Data Bank; Integrated Risk Information System; Chemical Carcinogenesis Research Information System; Genetic Toxicology; and TOXMAP.
