FAQ
DOCLINE -- MARC Organization Code
Question: How do I determine my MARC Organization Code?
Answer:
For all non-Canadian libraries:
- The Library of Congress maintains the list of MARC Organization Codes via the MARC Code List for Organizations (http://www.loc.gov/marc/organizations/).
Canadian libraries:
- The National Library of Canada maintains the Interlibrary Loan Directory on the Web: Symbols and Interlibrary Loan Policies in Canada (http://www.nlc-bnc.ca/6/16/s16-202-e.html) to assist with identification of MARC Organization Codes.
