DOCLINE -- Availability of Union List Products


Question: What Union List products are available and when are these products updated?


Answer:

The "Holdings by Library Group" Union List Products are updated starting on the first Friday of the month in January, April, July, and October.

The "Holdings by State/Province" Union List Products are updated starting on the first Friday of the month in February, May, August, and November.

Union lists in a particular category are not available while they are being updated.  While the union lists are being updated, anyone who tries to access a union list in that category will get an error message from the web browser saying that the file cannot be found. Updates begin on Fridays at 3 p.m. Eastern Time and are usually completed by Sunday evening.
