Document Delivery/ILL -- Request turnaround time
Question: How long does NLM take to fill an interlibrary loan request?
Answer:
The National Library of Medicine (NLM) will process most requests within 24 to 48 hours. Monographs and audiovisual materials are sent via Federal Express second day air delivery.
