FAQ: Translations
Question: Can NLM® translate this article, book or report from a foreign language into English for me?
Answer:
NLM does not offer translation services. If NLM owns a translation of a historical work it will be listed in our online catalog, LocatorPlus® at http://locatorplus.gov/
Other sources:
- The Library of Congress (LC) has many translations in its collection; they will be listed in the LC catalog at http://catalog.loc.gov/
- Many companies offer translation services for a fee; look in your local phone book for companies in your area.
- A local university with a foreign language department may offer translation services for a fee.
