Editing your addresses for document delivery

Select Institutions from the DOCLINE main menu.

Select Update <LIBID> where <LIBID> is your institution's LIBID

View

The Address page of your library's Institution record is displayed.

Click in the Document Delivery Address field you wish to edit and make the desired changes.

Tab to the next field, or click to any field you wish to edit.

Click Save.

 

 

Note:  The document delivery address is the "Ship to:" in DOCLINE that appears on request receipts.  The document delivery address should reflect the address where articles and books should be sent via mail, email, web, fax, Ariel or Odyssey.
