Adding a new contact person

On the DOCLINE navigation bar, select Institutions

On the DOCLINE sub navigation bar, select Update <LIBID> where <LIBID> is your institution's LIBID

View

Your library's institution record is displayed.

Click People on the Institution Navigation bar

Click Add People

View

The Add New Contact Person page is displayed

Enter the person's contact information.  Fields marked by an asterisk are required.

Select which role(s) the person performs by checking the corresponding Contact Type.

 

Note: DOCLINE uses the email address of all People designated "ILL" for Contact Library emails.

Click Save.
