Question: What should I do if I have not yet received an interlibrary loan request sent to NLM?
The borrowing library must notify the National Library of Medicine (NLM) within seven (7) days following submission if a photocopy request has not been filled. To report a problem with ILL requests filled by NLM, please use our ILL Contact Form or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
