drop cap letter for t he NLM Online Users' Meeting, held at the Annual Meeting of the Medical Library Association in Washington DC, on May 24, 2004, was chaired by Sheldon Kotzin, Chief of the Bibliographic Services Division (BSD) at the National Library of Medicine. The meeting brought users up-to-date on some of the Library's online systems as well as future plans. This year two PowerPoint presentations were given. Joyce Backus, Public Services Division, updated users on MedlinePlus and Maria Collins, Collection Access Section, updated users on DOCLINE.

These presentations were created in Microsoft® PowerPoint®. If you do not have PowerPoint, you can download the Microsoft Office PowerPoint viewer.

Once the presentation has opened up into slide show full screen format, right click again and select "Speaker Notes" if you would like to read the narration that accompanies this presentation.
