The National Library of Medicine (NLM) is pleased to announce that the August 2026 SNOMED CT International Edition is available for download.

Announcement - SNOMED International has implemented the increase to the description character limit. More information regarding this announcement can be found on the SNOMED CT International Edition webpage.

To download the above release, you must agree to the UMLS Metathesaurus License and have a UMLS Terminology Services login. To learn more about the license and to sign up for an account, please see the SNOMED CT License page for additional information. Any inquiries may be sent to the NLM Customer Support.
