The previous NLM Technical Bulletin design was retired today, July 28, 2026. The previous design served 14 years, recording milestones such as MedlinePlus en Español's 10th anniversary in 2012, the 35 millionth journal citation added in PubMed in 2022, and other product modernizations such as PubMed Central and ClinicalTrials.gov. The modernized NLM Technical Bulletin website has been in effect since December 2, 2025 (see previous announcement).
Users can find historic articles in their original layouts through the NLM Technical Bulletin Archive-It collection. Print issues can be found in the NLM Digital Collections.
