The RxNorm March 2026 monthly release became available on Monday, March 2, 2026.

New Qualitative Distinction: Weight Management.

We have added a new Qualitative Distinction (Weight Management) to differentiate the anti-diabetic and weight loss versions of liraglutide products. Previously Victoza and Saxenda shared the same SCD: 3 ML liraglutide 6 MG/ML Pen Injector. The new QD applies to Saxenda and its related forms. SCDs and SBDs for other liraglutide products are unchanged.
