The National Library of Medicine (NLM) is pleased to announce four new SNOMED CT International Edition refsets are available for download.

  • July 2022 SNOMED CT General Dentistry Diagnostic Refset Package:
    This reference set is a reference set of diagnostic terms designed to provide dentistry with an easy-to-implement set of terms that covers the vast majority of care provided in the dental field. This release is based on the July 2022 SNOMED CT International Edition.
  • July 2022 SNOMED CT Odontogram Refset Package:
    This reference set is for use in dentistry, specifically for use in the electronic dental record (EDR) for odontogram visualization and representation of a patient's current oral condition. This release is based on the July 2022 SNOMED CT International Edition.
  • July 2022 SNOMED CT International Patient Set (IPS) Refset Package:
    This reference set is designed to standardize and record basic medical data that includes the most important clinical information to patient safety and healthcare. This release is based on the July 2022 SNOMED CT International Edition.
  • July 2022 SNOMED CT General Practitioner/Family Practitioner (GP/FP) Refset Package:
    This reference set is designed for use in general/family practice clinical settings within electronic health records (EHRs). It is intended for use as the 'core' subset for two commonly used data fields — reasons for encounters and health issues. This release is based on the July 2022 SNOMED CT International Edition.
