The National Library of Medicine (NLM) is pleased to announce that the November 2025 SNOMED CT International Edition and the November 2025 SNOMED CT Spanish Edition are available for download.

In addition, the following SNOMED CT International mapping and refset packages are also available for download from our SNOMED CT International Edition page:

July 2025 SNOMED CT Orphanet Map package
July 2025 SNOMED CT General Dentistry Diagnostic refset package
July 2025 SNOMED CT Odontogram refset package
July 2025 SNOMED CT International Patient Set (IPS) refset package
