The National Library of Medicine (NLM) is pleased to announce the September 2025 EDQM Dose Forms to SNOMED CT Map package is available for download. This is the Production release of this product, and is dependent upon (and should therefore be evaluated in the context of) the July 2025 SNOMED CT International Edition.
To download the above releases, you must agree to the UMLS Metathesaurus License and have a UMLS Terminology Services login.
