Abstract
A large amount of image data by Visible-Human-Project(VHP) would be useless without database system and image processing interface. This is the reason why we have developed an environment that makes VHP data connected with database and image processing routines. We have developed an environment which provides functionalities that make easy to fetch/save Visible-Human-Project (VHP) data from database and to utilize SPIDER (Subroutine Package for Image Data Enhancement and Recognition) image processing routines onto VHP data. This environment helps end-users readily build applications combined with VHP data, database, and SPIDER image processing library. We demonstrate feasibility of our framework through examples.

Keywords: End-User environment, recognition, database.
