Digital Data

Male Color Data

For the Male Digital Color Data, the data were split into seven different directories in an attempt to help users determine which areas of interest to download. Figure 2 shows a period of 32 months reflecting the time period January 1996 to August 1998. This graph is a stacked area graph, which displays the trend of the contribution of each value over time. Discounting the Fullbody region, casual observation reveals that most of the data were collected from the Head region, followed by the Thorax region.

Male Radiological Data

The Male Radiological Data was comprised of MRI, Normal CT and Frozen CT data sets. Figure 3 shows a period of 32 months reflecting the time period January 1996 to August 1998. This graph is a stacked area graph, which displays the trend of the contribution of each value over time. Total radiological data download for this period was 48.3 Gbyte, with each region contributing a portion (MRI 5.2 Gbyte, Normal CT 13.3 Gbyte and Frozen CT 29.8 Gbyte).

Female Digital Data

As was done with the male data set, the Female Digital Color Data were split into seven different directories in an attempt to help users to determine which areas of interest to download. Figure 4 shows a period of 32 months reflecting the time period January 1996 to August 1998. This graph is a stacked area graph, which displays the trend of the contribution of each value over time. Discounting the Fullbody region, casual observation reveals that most of the data were collected from the Head region followed by the Abdomen region. Initially all regions were experiencing equal download until about May 1996. Major downloads appear to coincide with educational institutions being in session.

Female Radiological Data

The Female Radiological Data were comprised of MRI and Normal CT data sets. Figure 5 shows a period of 32 months reflecting the time period January 1996 to August 1998. This graph is a stacked area graph, which displays the trend of the contribution of each value over time. Total radiological data download for this period was 48.3 Gbyte, with each region contributing a portion (MRI 3.9 Gbyte and Normal CT 43 Gbyte). Normal CT was the major download target for this dataset.
