DOCLINE -- Bookmarking DOCLINE Pages


Question: Why don't my bookmarks for DOCLINE pages work?


Answer:

You must always enter DOCLINE from the DOCLINE login page. If you have bookmarked a page within the secure DOCLINE site, your browser will display a screen indicating a connection error when you attempt to use DOCLINE. You should do the following:

  • - Delete all of your bookmarks for pages within DOCLINE. If you need assistance adding or deleting bookmarks, please contact your local IT support.
  • - Bookmark only the DOCLINE login page: https://docline.gov
