DOCLINE® -- Reviewing "Retired Unfilled" Requests

Question: How do I review "Retired Unfilled" Requests?

Answer:

The number of requests retired unfilled will appear in a message on your Home Page. (Message text: "# DOCLINE Requests were retired unfilled.")

To review requests that were retired unfilled:

  1. Select the "Retired Unfilled" message on your Home Page.
  2. To view a request, select the request number under the Request # column.
  3. To view the routing history of a request, select the action text (e.g. "Not Filled" or "Expired") under the Action column.

To clear an individual request from the "Retired Unfilled" notification list:

  1. Select the "Retired Unfilled" message on your Home Page.
  2. Select the checkbox next to the request.
  3. Click the Reviewed button at the bottom of the screen, under Actions for Selected Requests.

To clear all requests from the "Retired Unfilled" notification list:

  1. Select the "Retired Unfilled" message on your Home Page.
  2. Click the Reviewed button at the bottom of the screen, under Actions for Selected Requests.

To maintain the notification list of Retired Unfilled requests after you have viewed them, do not select Reviewed. Use the DOCLINE menu to select another DOCLINE function or to return to the Home Page.  If you have not cleared them by selecting Reviewed, the requests will continue to be available from the Home Page message link for 150 days.

To Resubmit a retired unfilled request, click on the green arrow, or the Resubmit Request link under the Request # column.

Note: All Retired Unfilled requests remain available from the Status/Cancel function for 150 calendar days via the search feature in Status/Cancel.
