Question:  The Advanced Menu page is not displaying correctly, what should I do?


Answer:

When using Internet Explorer you must have ‘Compatibility View’ turned off in the browser. This will fix out-of-place menus, images and text.

To turn Compatibility View on or off, click the Compatibility View button on the Address bar, or follow these steps:

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. In the Menu bar, click Tools.
  3. Click Compatibility View.
