Document Delivery/ILL -- Wrong article received
Question: What should I do if I receive the wrong article from NLM?
If the article you received was incorrect, please let us know using the ILL contact form or contact the Collection Access Section of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) by email at email@example.com. Please provide the complete citation and the REG number which appears below the bar code on the cover page of each delivered document. If for any reason NLM cannot provide the correct article, you will be issued a credit equal to the cost of the delivered document.
