I see a lot of obese and overweight patients in my profession as a diabetologist, and when women lose a lot of weight all of a sudden they catch the attention, and domestic violence can go up, you know. So it’s actually a way of indirectly dealing with that problem that then becomes uncovered when they lose the weight and their diabetes goes away, and now they’ve got a new problem.
