In Alaska Native communities, it is the women who are applying themselves in education and health care

Interestingly, in the Native community I think it is the women right now that are applying themselves in education and in healthcare. You see that most of our health aides are women. And so I think that the female Native Alaskans growing up have some role models. And it’s our Native young men that I worry about.
