- I think the treatment of women is definitely a barrier to care.

- In what way?

- There is still quite a bit of abuse that goes on.
- [Lindberg:]
- Yeah, I’ve heard that. How is that possible and at the same time they’re telling you this is a matriarchal society?
- [Loeb:]
- I can only tell you what I’ve seen and, you know, there’s quite a bit of alcoholism and definitely contributes to the problem, but between alcoholism and domestic violence that’s a huge issue.
