We also have a variety of facilities. We have large hospitals, medium hospitals, very small clinics, and each of them has certain great services that they can offer, but often we have to purchase care in the private sector to make up for services that we can't provide so— and then serving such diverse cultures—of the 565 tribes there's probably over 300 distinct cultures and languages, and trying to provide culturally competent care, it's really also a challenge for our providers as well.
