And let's be in relationship with one another so we did build a hold-and-hire system around that, and it's proven to be highly successful. We have driven down costs in the hospital. We have less people showing up in emergency rooms, less people showing up in the hospital for in-patient services, less people showing up to our primary care system, and it's because now we have total access, same day access to our primary care providers that we have a relationship with and so we've driven down costs all around the hospital system.
