1790s: Indian nations unite to fight American expansion

The United Indian Nations of the Old Northwest fight the establishment of military forts and settlements in Ohio. Wyandot (Huron), Lenape (Delaware), Shawnee, Odawa (Ottawa), Ojibwe (Chippewa), Miami, Muncee, and many other tribes wage three campaigns against the United States to try to prevent the young nation from displacing them as it pushes westward.
