AbstractPlus Format

Citations displayed in AbstractPlus format provide the summary information in addition to:

  • Author names available as “search links” to author searches. [Show Me]

  • The author affiliation (address) of the first author at the time of publication. [Show Me]

  • Abstract, if one is present, from the published article. [Show Me]

  • Links from the Journal abbreviation to the record for that journal in the Journals database, a search for all citations from the journal in PubMed, and a choice to add the journal title to your PubMed search. [Show Me]

  • Annotations to associated citations (e.g., errata).

  • The first five Related Articles [Show Me] and links to all Related Articles [Show Me].

  • Links to full-text of the article at provider's Web site or PubMed Central if available. [Show Me]
