Support for scientific meetings, conferences, and workshops that are relevant to scientific development in biomedical informatics, bioinformatics, computational biology, and information sciences. NLM will not support the annual meeting for an organization. The typical award is $10,000 per year in direct costs. The maximum amount that can be requested for a single year is $20,000 in direct costs. This program expires January 8, 2013 unless re-issued. Only electronic applications are accepted.
