[Editor's note: The resource lists were updated, and more information was added regarding the WISER app and system.]

The Wireless Information System for Emergency Responders (WISER) including the WISER website, WebWISER, and the standalone applications for Windows PCs, iOS app, and Android app, will be discontinued as of February 28, 2023. This change is part of the National Library of Medicine's (NLM's) initiative to align and consolidate the Library's health information to make it easier for online health information seekers to find and navigate trusted health information curated by NLM. Users who have downloaded and installed the WISER app on a mobile device or downloaded the WISER system to a desktop computer will still have access, although the data will no longer be updated.
