As of March 2024, the National Center for Biotechnology Information's (NCBI) Microbial Genome Submission Check Tool (Frameshift) will no longer be available.

We are committed to providing you with alternative solutions that can meet your needs and encourage you to check out the NCBI Prokaryotic Genome Annotation Pipeline (PGAP). PGAP provides similar functionality to the Microbial Genome Submission Check tool along with all your prokaryotic genome annotation needs.
