"Dr. Ruffin's experience in school librarianship and in graduate
education will be particularly valuable as the NN/LM expands its
interactions with community-based organizations," noted Betsy L.
Humphreys, NLM Associate Director for Library Operations. "Our goal
is to improve the public's access to health information, and no one
is better equipped to help us achieve it than Angela Ruffin. She
will also provide important leadership as NLM increases its efforts
to recruit a diverse talent pool into health sciences
librarianship." |
