Resources: Sample Emergency Plan

This section will help first responders prepare for an emergency. It includes steps to stablize and salvage the building(s), wet general collection materials, wet motion picture films, and wet videotapes.


The template should be filled out completely with local institution information and post copies in various locations throughout the institution and on the institution's website. The completed template should be reviewed at least every 6 months for any changes.
