DOCLINE Help: LinkOut Embargoes in Serial Holdings Records

Use LinkOut for Embargo: This is a global setting for all DOCLINE holdings whose titles the library reported in LinkOut. This field only displays for LinkOut libraries. If set to Yes, then DOCLINE will check LinkOut for availability of the article during routing. If set to No, then routing will use the embargo information entered into the title’s holdings record in DOCLINE, if present.

Libraries can choose to manually override the LinkOut embargo for individual serial titles if the LinkOut embargo period is different than the publisher specified ILL embargo period.
