Email Notifications:

Email notifications of requests routed to your library are sent from the address ‘docline@mail.nlm.nih.gov’. Be sure to review your spam or bulk e-mail folder just in case the DOCLINE message is inadvertently placed there by your e-mail provider. If the emails are put in your spam folder, contact your local IT support person to have these emails directed to your inbox.

Note:  Some organizations' email system security rejects incoming emails which are generated by an automated system such as DOCLINE.  If your library does not receive the email alerts after turning them on, please work with your institution's email administrators to 'white list' the address docline@mail.nlm.nih.gov or otherwise accomodate DOCLINE-generated emails.
