FIXED: Users experienced empty code list in the published VSAC repository

In VSAC Search Value Sets public repository, some users intermittently experienced an empty value set code list in the Value Set Details tab. Although some of these empty code lists are correct due to retired codes in the underlying code system, there were also some incorrect blank code list displays. We thank the users for reporting this problem, and we have fixed this issue. In the near future VSAC will remove the "Automatic Updates by VSAC" feature.
